We offer both set meals and à la carte options.The sweet and sour sauce is my mom's secret recipe.

Island home cooking

We offer local island cuisine such as Tokunoshima's "Anbamishu" (oil-based miso paste) and "Anba Somen" (stir-fried somen noodles), and Amami's "Keihan" (chicken rice).Depending on the day, they might also have dishes like "Wanfuni (boiled pork with bones)" or "Goya Champuru."

Ambamishu

A local dish from Tokunoshima.Pork and peanuts served with slightly sweet Amami miso.Perfect with alcohol, rice, or as a snack with tea.

Oden

You can order oden as a single item in the store.Takeout orders are 800 yen (tax included) for a set of 5: daikon radish, konjac, egg, fried tofu, and burdock root tempura.

Chicken rice (Keihan)

A local dish eaten in the Amami region.This is dashi chazuke (rice with broth) made with chicken stock.

Anba Somen (Somen Champuru)

In Okinawa, it's called Somen Champuru.Tokunoshima's somen noodles are stir-fried."Anba" means "oil".It's called "anba somen" because it's stir-fried in oil.This is a dish you can easily eat even on a hot summer day.It's even more delicious because it contains vegetables.

Shochu Highball Shikunin (Regular Size)

Shikunin is also known as "island mandarin."It's a refreshing citrus flavor, making it easy to drink. Mega size is 700 yen (tax included).

Christmas Chicken

Christmas chicken reservations have begun.Book in October or November and the price will be reduced from 1200 yen to 1000 yen!
